Peace Mr. Roker:
From time to time I have enjoyed The Today Show featuring you and your associates, and I particularly enjoyed your coverage at the Olympic Games, which featured your lessons in Chinese.
Since the Olympics, I watched with interest each one of your presentations regarding your ancestors. Each one of you seemed quite excited about your newfound knowledge and travel back to places of origin and meeting friends and relatives. It seems that you had some feelings of sadness for your so-called roots were traced to slavery in theCaribbeanislands. Even your associates were sympathetic and supportive of you acknowledging their love and respect and highlighting your accomplishments in spite of it.
But what if all of you understandably had grasped the wrong thought, the wrong idea? It is wonderful the power each one of you have to affect the minds and lives of millions, to raise their consciousness of truth or to lower them into darkness and misunderstanding, even inadvertently.
I would like to suggest for your consideration that each one of you are spirit, back on earth for a body experience. There never was a time that you did not exist and you have lived uncountable lives, not limited to planet earth, the solar system or the universe. You have exercised free will and been governed by the principles of sowing and reaping, cause and effect and blessings or curses.
Although you were birthed into the mortal concept through physical entities with like tendencies, they had in reality nothing to do with you for you came by choice to have certain experiences and lessons to work your way back to perfection from which you started. Claiming them will give them a claim on you and they with their legions of spirits will put a claim on you and pull you down into the grave with them to the degree that they missed perfection.
It is best to cut them loose and look to the light within and without and soar in the highest light of understanding. You have been anyone that you see, any so-called race, creed or color, but you are spirit. There has never been anyone on earth any greater than you.
In any event, I have enclosed some information for your edification. If you will open-mindedly give it some thought, the spirit will teach you and lead you on. It will teach you what no man can teach you and give you knowledge and wisdom beyond mortal understanding.
